Return Policy

Upon receipt of your order please inspect the contents carefully. If you find that something has been damaged or is missing, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Items that are new and unopened can be returned within 30 days. You will be issued a refund less the cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse (and any non-refundable items). If the return is as a result of an error on our part, we will gladly pay for the return shipping and send the correct item to you immediately. If your furniture arrives as promised and you are dissatisfied for some reason, we will work with you to resolve the problem. Your satisfaction is our main goal. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of customized, personalized, special-order or final-sale items or products that were damaged through normal wear and tear.

Furniture that has been installed and assembled is no longer eligible for return if there is no damage and it is in good working order. If the product is defective we will send a technician to fix it if possible or replace the item. Once an item has been shipped, White Glove Delivery Fees are no longer refundable.
