Najarian Limited Warranty Najarian Furniture Company warrants to the original purchaser the construction on casegoods and upholstery products to be free from manufacturer’s defects in workmanship for a period of 5 years.
Spring construction is warranted for a period of three years to be free from defects due to faulty materials, workmanship or breakage caused by metal fatigue or spring clips pulling loose.
Seat Cushions, padding and foams will be covered in the case of manufacturer defects for a period of one year. This does not include cushion conformation or discoloration which is considered normal wear and tear.
Upholstery fabric is warranted for one year in the case of yarn slippage at the seams, shrinkage, failure of fabric construction, or failure to give normal wear. Dye transference is also covered provided the fabric has been cleaned using the instructions prescribed by the manufacturer.

White Glove Delivery & Setup
With our Signature White Glove Delivery your furniture will be delivered by a specialized furniture carrier. White glove carriers are different from common carriers in that they provide the customer with many benefits throughout the delivery process.
This Signature Service level provides an appointment setup at your convenience within a 4 hour time window. A two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
