We have two
levels of White Glove Delivery options available for your convenience. Once
your furniture reaches your city you will be contacted to arrange a delivery
time window. If you have upgraded to our Platinum
service your furniture will be installed in the room of your choice within two
flights of stairs of the street. 30 minutes of assembly is included. This does
not include any electrical connections. Once assembled, the furniture will be
fully inspected to ensure proper function. The technician will then haul away
any packaging materials and boxes. With our Bronze level service the furniture will be delivered to the room of
your choice within two flights of stairs from street level. You will be
responsible for all assembly and waste disposal. You sales associate will be
happy to discuss the details and pricing with you and answer any questions you
might have. Please note that once an order has been shipped White Glove
Delivery Fees are no longer refundable.
